PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week with 2 weekends per month
• Split time between Acute Inpatient Unit and Skilled Nursing Facility based on unit needs
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Work with patients recovering from neurological injuries and surgeries in acute setting
• Provide rehabilitation services to elderly patients with various needs in SNF setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patients' functional outcomes
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from accredited program required
• Active California PT license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or acute inpatient care preferred
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and SNF care preferred
• Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques required
• Must work independently and as part of interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills required
• Strong documentation and organizational skills required
• Hospital provided scrubs
• Use Epic EMR charting system
• NICOTINE-FREE facility with negative nicotine/cotinine drug test requirement
