Respiratory Therapist Job in Albany, OR

You will work as a Respiratory Therapist in the Operating Room at Samaritan Albany General Hospital, providing treatment and diagnostic patient care services to both critical and non-critical patients across all age groups.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care using evidence-based techniques focused on the cardiopulmonary system
• Serve diverse patient populations in the OR setting
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to support patient outcomes

Schedule & Compensation:

You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 14, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,326.

Required Credentials & Experience:

• Current Allied Health Professional credential
• Current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT)
• Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Two years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred

You will be supporting critical care delivery in a hospital operating room environment. Your expertise in respiratory management will be essential to the surgical team.
