CT Technologist Job in Overland Park, Kansas

You'll work as a CT Technologist at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, a 91-day travel assignment running 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday (3x12 shifts). Your weekly pay is $1,971.

Role Overview

You will perform all types of CT examinations in the CT scan unit, operating 3 CT scanners. You'll work alongside 1 or 2 technologists per shift, providing direct patient care with a focus on trauma cases. Your responsibilities include positioning patients, acquiring high-quality images, and ensuring patient safety throughout each procedure.

Equipment & Systems

• GE Optima CT scanners (GE experience required)
• McKesson PACS for image management
• Meditech documentation system

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Kansas state CT license
• CT certification
• Trauma experience required
• GE equipment experience required
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and protocols

Work Environment

Black scrubs are required. You'll be part of a collaborative team in a busy imaging department. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
