Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Syracuse, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 98-week travel assignment at SUNY Upstate University Hospital – Downtown Campus in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time position working 5x8 shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possible evening and weekend on-call requirements.

About the Role

You will perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under general supervision, operating advanced imaging equipment including Siemens EVOSPECT and Philips Forte cameras. You will utilize NMIS in the hot lab, manage patient registration and medical records through EPIC, and work with the Synapse PACS system for image management. The position may include training and supervising other team members.

Requirements

• NYS license or registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine, or board eligible status
• Current CPR certification
• Allied Health Professional credential

Compensation and Timeline

Weekly pay is $4,509. Your assignment begins August 17, 2026, and runs for 98 weeks. ADEX Healthcare Staffing handles all travel logistics and provides ongoing support throughout your assignment.
