Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 15, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12 hour rotating schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM and 7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
• Weekly Pay: $2,556
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: May 15, 2026

Requirements

• Current RN license (Ohio or compact state)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignment
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• One professional reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty

Pre-Start Requirements

• Complete 4–15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition test with acceptable score during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)
• Pass safeMedicate assessment with acceptable score during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)

Work Conditions

• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Hours submitted through Qualivis Lotus system
