Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Lakeport, CA

Join Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient therapy program. You will work a consistent 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no floating or on-call responsibilities.

Your Role:

• Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs based on physical therapy principles and best practices
• Educate patients and staff within your area of specialization
• Participate in structured educational opportunities as part of the therapy team

Requirements:

• California Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Current references from within the last year
• 7-year work history verification
• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross certified and current at time of application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic electronic health record experience

Important Details:

You must be available to complete required lab work within 3–5 days of accepting the position. During your initial orientation, you will complete training modules (averaging 1–5 hours per module) on non-billable time. This 91-day contract begins July 27, 2026, and offers weekly compensation of $2,812.32.
