CT Technologist Job in Austin, TX

South Austin Hospital TX is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract assignment. You'll work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating weekend schedule with no call requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scanning procedures on patients presenting with stroke and trauma conditions
• Operate GE imaging equipment with strong technical proficiency
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment within the radiology department
• Collaborate with 3 CT/RAD staff members per night shift
• Maintain patient safety and imaging quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• TMB certification
• CT certification
• Proven stroke and trauma scanning experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-acuity settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• State license in CT modality
• NMTCB, MRI, or ACLS certification
• RDMS credentials

Compensation & Schedule:

• Weekly pay: $2,365.20
• 3x12 night shifts
• Assignment begins August 10, 2026

Dress Code:

• Olive scrub top and black pants required
