CT Technologist Job in Redding, CA

Mercy Medical Center Redding is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day assignment beginning May 4, 2026. You'll work 3x12 night shifts (12:00 PM to 12:30 AM) on a Monday-Tuesday and every-other-weekend schedule, earning $2,943.36 weekly.

About the Role

You will perform CT imaging in our Diagnostic Radiology Department across multiple settings: OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient environments. You'll operate Philips iPatient 64 and big-bore 16 CT scanners, as well as C-arms used in OR procedures. A radiologist is in-house until 6:00 PM; after that, coverage is on-call. Call responsibilities vary and will be discussed during your interview.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Current California license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ARRT CT certification
• Fluoroscopy certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Level II Trauma experience

What to Expect

You'll receive 1–2 shifts of department orientation. The facility uses Cerner EMR. Teal scrubs are the standard dress code; OR scrubs are provided when needed. Holiday work is expected as needed throughout your assignment.
