About this role

Mercy Hospital St Louis is seeking a CT Technologist for night shift work in the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 27, 2026.

Position Details

  • 4x10 night schedule with 36 guaranteed weekly hours
  • No weekend hours required
  • No on-call requirements
  • Weekly pay: $2,211

Your Role

You will perform CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced ED environment handling trauma, stroke, CTAs, and perfusion cases. You will operate state-of-the-art equipment including a GE Revolution 256-slice scanner and Siemens CT systems. Using the EPIC electronic medical records system, you will independently select and modify technical factors to produce optimal scans while prioritizing patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort.

Your responsibilities include anatomical positioning, physiology assessment, patient transfer and mobility assistance, and effective communication with patients and care team members. You will recognize emergency situations, adapt to workflow changes, and demonstrate independent judgment and initiative to obtain high-quality images.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of ED experience with trauma, stroke, CTAs, and perfusion cases
  • ARRT certification with CT registry
  • Missouri Radiologic Technologist License
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • CTA and perfusion knowledge preferred
