SLP Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Rehab Speech unit at Mission Hospital, a 850-bed facility in Asheville, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

About the Role:

• Provide speech-language pathology services in an acute care rehabilitation setting
• Work with variable patient ratios
• Conduct swallowing assessments using MBSS (Modified Barium Swallow Study) and FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)
• Document patient care in the Cerner system
• Weekends are included in the rotation

Shift & Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per day
• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $1,839.60

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience as an SLP
• Current SLP credentials required

Facility Details:

• Mission Hospital is an 850-bed acute care facility
• Dress code: Black bottom and eggplant top scrubs
• Documentation conducted via Cerner EHR
