ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Hospital float pool position with floating throughout facility including Emergency Department
• 2:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No call responsibilities
• Must float within facility and scope of practice as needed
• No block schedule requests accepted
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Must be proficient with Epic charting system
• Required skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, isolation precautions/PPE, dysrhythmia management, IV starts and maintenance, ETT and NT suctioning, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Holiday work requirements: work one major holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two of three if three fall during assignment
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
• Full compliance required to start on time with all documents due Tuesday prior to start date
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract with all requests finalized at time of submission
