Occupational Therapist

Opportunity:

OT - OT Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shifts Monday through Friday
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care setting
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and screenings
• Develop individualized care plans with functional goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care progress and continuing treatment needs
• Provide patient and family education to achieve therapeutic goals
• Must have 2 years inpatient and ARU setting experience
• Required certifications: BLS and AED through American Heart Association
• Current Arizona OT license required
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations required
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• Complete 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• Must meet individual productivity and patient satisfaction department standards
• Ability to lift and transfer patients and equipment required
• Must maintain professional image and adhere to attendance policies
