Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ED</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in a very busy emergency department as part of float pool<br>• Primary responsibility for caring for boarder patients (medical/surgical, step-down, ICU level patients)<br>• May be required to float to acute care units as necessary<br>• Must have 2 years of experience in similar sized Level 1 trauma facility<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC<br>• Resume with no employment gaps required<br>• ED skills checklist and ED references must be provided<br>• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographics required<br>• Care for diverse patient population including trauma and critical care patients<br>• Flexible assignment based on department needs and patient acuity</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major healthcare facility operates as a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive emergency and critical care services.
