Job Details:

• Evaluate and treat adult patients experiencing difficulty with speech sounds, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition including memory, attention, and problem solving
• Provide care to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in both acute and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
• Current unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
