Endoscopy RN Job in Columbia, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Endoscopy at MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: Day shifts, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5 days per week (8-hour shifts)
• Every third weekend required
• On-call one night per week with 30-minute response requirement
• Weekly pay: $2,100

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor conscious sedation
• Circulate in the procedure suite with 1:1 patient ratios
• Recover patients from conscious sedation
• Pre-op and discharge nursing with 4:1 patient ratios
• Floating within scope possible but highly unlikely
• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy RN experience
• Current South Carolina RN license or valid Compact license prior to start
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic and GMED charting systems
