Opportunity:

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown with 21 beds
• Maintain 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Every other weekend requirement, if needed
• Float to Med Surg when needed, and to ICU for PCU patient status only
• First to float assignment
• Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks
• Care for PCU/Telemetry patients including post-Cath Lab patients
• Work in Level 3 trauma center acute care setting
• Use EPIC charting system
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA or ARC), BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
• BSN degree not required
• Client may give 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks
• License verification required for submission
