Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements on any day scheduled, averaging 5 or less per 8 weeks
• Float requirements as required by facility
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work with various equipment including DaVinci Robot
• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Professional attire required - no jeans or unprofessional clothing
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week
• Current RN License required (must meet criteria for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri)
• BLS from AHA certification required
• 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience required (teaching hospital experience considered)
• Scrub and OR Circulator experience required
• Must be highly motivated self-starter
• Utilize nursing process to provide patient care for all age groups
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Perform assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Physical requirements include standing and walking most of shift, lifting and pushing patients, and handling up to 50 lbs
