Description
<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - OT; Additional Notes from VMS=</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Day shift only with weekend rotation<br>• 40 hours guaranteed per week<br>• 6-week assignment<br>• Rapid response start date of 4/27<br>• No RTO, special scheduling, early cancels, or reported attendance concerns<br>• Patient ratio of 7:1<br>• Work with typical inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment including balance and gait systems<br>• Use Meditech (Expanse) documentation system<br>• Required certification: BLS<br>• Perform patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family/patient education, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and related procedures<br>• Dress code requires light gray scrubs<br>• Weekend rotation call requirements<br>• New hospital and unit startup beginning 5/5<br>• Work in 30-bed rehabilitation unit with 22 staff members including PT/OT/SLP/Tech</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility features a comprehensive rehabilitation unit specializing in inpatient rehabilitation services.
