OR Registered Nurse Job in Oconomowoc, WI

ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a 13-week contract position offering 40 guaranteed hours per week on a 4x10 day shift schedule.

Shift Details

• 4x10 hour day shifts rotating between 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements: one weekend (Friday end of shift through Monday 6:30 AM) every 6 weeks and one weekday overnight per week
• Float assignments to Waukesha Memorial and Mukwonago locations based on census

Compensation and Duration

• Weekly pay: $2,736
• 13-week contract starting July 20, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience; at least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• Charge role experience required
• Current EPIC charting experience within the last 6 months
• Orthopedic service line experience required (40% of total volume), including proficiency with Orthopedic Hana table, Total Knees and Hips, cataract procedures, and C-section circulator role
• Experience in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines and comfort with emergency situations
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Scope of Work

You will support all hospital inpatient and outpatient surgeries, including OB C-sections. The operating room handles a full range of service lines with emphasis on orthopedic procedures. Blue scrubs are provided.
