RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Maintain 1:4 patient ratio
• Work in a 29-bed unit with 27 monitoring capabilities
• Any solid color scrubs acceptable for dress code
• Responsible for clocking in and out for time keeping
• Check in at front lobby and ask for Human Resources with security
• Use designated employee parking lot
• Support facility CNO in ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in Intermediate Care Unit/Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown environment
