ED RN Job in Lewiston, ME

St Marys Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on a 4x12 rotating shift schedule. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 27, 2026, with a weekly pay of $3,328.80.

Your Role

You will deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in the emergency department. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patients during admission and throughout their stay
• Administer IV medications, therapy, and blood products as needed
• Provide patient education and document nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses
• Work in an emergency center offering a full spectrum of emergency care and a separate Chest Pain Center

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with no licensure hits
• Minimum 1+ year previous emergency department nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year previous critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Not a previous employee of this facility

Important Details

Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract. Local travelers will receive a reduced hourly rate.
