Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Call and holiday requirements included - no holiday time off can be accommodated
• Mandatory overtime on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage
• Float required to ICU, ED, MS, Telemetry, DOC, and Psych units
• Patient population includes adults with respiratory/cardiac and orthopedic conditions
• Must be able to work in ER, ICU, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, DOC, and Psych settings
• NICU experience applicable if available
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Active RRT certification through NBRC or equivalent certifying body required
• BLS certification required
• NRP highly desired
• State of Connecticut RRT license required
• EPIC experience required
