Job Details:

• Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process to help them attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status
• Implement the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care
• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive patient care outcomes
• Demonstrate clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes
• Work in a 22-bed unit with a Supertrack area servicing both adult and pediatric patients ages 0-100+ years of age
• Level 3 Trauma Center designation with Stroke and Chest Pain Center services
• Utilize a wide variety of technical equipment including stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and electronic monitoring devices
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS/PALS (adult and pediatric advanced life support) certification may be required based on clinical assignment
• Knowledge of nursing process and practice required
