RN - Cardiac Tele

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Patient ratio of 4:1 during day shifts
• Adult patient population with daily census of 25-32 patients
• 19 rooms available on the unit
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Telemetry experience and charge nurse experience required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance with 2 attempts allowed
• Understanding of arterial and venous access patient care required
• Knowledge of radial and ulnar access patients and hemostasis monitoring required
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation required
• Must be prepared for pre and post procedure care for Cath lab, EP lab, PV lab, and interventional radiology patients
• Same Day PCI patient knowledge essential
• Self-scheduling available
• Subject to float to any campus if needed
• Must complete compliance by 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date
