Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Oro Valley, AZ

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment at Oro Valley Hospital in Oro Valley, Arizona. This is a full-time position working 5x8 days, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 2 weekend days per month required.

Position Overview:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering patient treatments and managing referred patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Provide thorough documentation of treatment and patient outcomes
• Participate in discharge planning and education for patients, families, and caregivers
• Contribute to administrative duties and performance improvement initiatives
• Pursue professional growth and development opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of acute inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Compensation:

Weekly pay: $1,752

Start date: May 18, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Location: Oro Valley Hospital, Oro Valley, Arizona.
