Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Sundance, WY

You'll work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Crook County Medical Services in Sundance, Wyoming, providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services alongside a licensed physical therapist. This is a full-time position running 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, with an 89-week duration beginning June 22, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to help improve patient circulation, restore motion, and relieve pain
• Strengthen muscles, prevent injury, and improve balance through therapeutic techniques
• Utilize stretching, exercise, physical modalities, manual therapy, and soft tissue mobilization
• Implement functional training techniques to support patient recovery and function
• Enter time in the Triage Plus system no later than noon CST every Monday

Required Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant license
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
• Valid driver's license or government-issued ID
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submission
• Physical examination completed within one year of start date

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check and drug screen
• Health screenings and immunizations including TB testing, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Tdap
• Joint Commission Core I, II, III training modules with HIPAA training
