Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telemetry position in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 13-week travel contract offering day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on three 12-hour shifts per week.

Position Details:

• Float pool role requiring flexibility to work across four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Minimum 6 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) required per 6-week schedule
• 13-week contract duration with start date June 29, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Apply critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning and delivering safe, evidence-based care
• Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona nursing license required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
