• 13-week traveling contract position
• Primarily skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care (LTC) setting
• Additional settings include outpatient (OP), home health (HH), and assisted living/independent living facility (ALF/ILF)
• Provide hands-on rehabilitation services to optimize health and function for patients
• Work within a clinic dedicated to excellence in rehabilitation services
