ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Urgent backfill needed for emergency department position
• Minimum 2 years emergency room experience required in equivalent size facility (40+ bed ER, 200+ visits/day)
• Level II or III trauma experience required
• Recent ER travel experience preferred (within past 6-8 months)
• Care for patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 42-bed emergency department with approximately 200 daily census
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (must be willing to obtain if offered)
• Additional certifications: NIHSS, NRP
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must be available to work some holidays
• RTO (Return to Offer) required with submission
• Pending license accepted with submission but must be active before start date
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted
• All documentation due 3 business days prior to start date
• On-site drug screening required with comprehensive panel testing
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Skills include triage, trauma care, procedural sedation, ventilator management, emergency medications, and comprehensive emergency department procedures
