Pharmacist Inpatient Job in York, PA

WellSpan York Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient pharmacy services in York, PA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 40 hours per week, 5x8 day shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Weekly pay: $3,483.07
• Maximum 7 days return-to-origin (RTO) preferred

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
• Pennsylvania state pharmacist license required
• IV training with hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Proficiency with Pyxis system

Clinical Skills & Responsibilities

• Chemotherapy preparation and oncologic care
• Clinical and pharmacokinetic dosing (pediatric, geriatric, and renal)
• IV piggyback and IV push medications
• Sterile compounding technique
• Care for patients across all age groups—neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• May float between WellSpan York Hospital and Apple Hill facility (2 miles away)

Pre-Hire Requirements

• Pre-screening and manager interview
• Completion of required modules prior to start (5–6 hours)
