Job Details:

• Float between inpatient rehab unit and acute care therapy
• Work day shift only - no night shift available
• Minimum one full weekend per month call requirement
• Patient ratios: 4 patients per shift on inpatient rehab, 10-12 patients per shift on acute care
• Perform initial assessments, re-evaluations, and follow up treatments
• Document using Meditech system
• Work on a 24-bed inpatient rehab unit and 403-bed acute care facility
• Wear red scrubs as required by dress code
• Required certifications: BLS
• Required licensure: OTR/L
