Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend requirement of 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule period, typically Saturday or Sunday (not both days scheduled in same weekend)
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• No on-call responsibilities for night shift
• Float to other OR rooms for emergency support as needed
• Minimum 2 years of Level 1 trauma experience required
• Must be able to navigate Neuro, Trauma, Peds, Transplants, and Procurement cases (typical overnight Trauma OR cases)
• Scrub and Circulate experience preferred
• Neonate and pediatric experience preferred
• Travel experience required - minimum 1-2 prior travel assignments (cannot be first travel assignment)
• Work within a 28-room OR facility handling 60-80 cases per day
• Service lines include: Orthopedics (including total joints), General Surgery, Robotics, Organ Transplants (kidney), ENT, Oral/Maxillofacial, Vascular/Thoracic, Urology, and Pediatrics (adults and peds)
• Weekend OR rooms typically run 5-6 rooms on Saturday and Sunday with all urgent cases on Sunday running 4 rooms and nights running 2 ORs
• EMR system: Epic (OpTime module)
• Scrubs provided
• Required certification: BLS (AHA only)
