Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll join a 30-bed medical/surgical unit at Cleveland Medical Center specializing in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery. This is a 90-day travel assignment with a start date of June 1, 2026, working three 12-hour day shifts per week at $2,187.90 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing care for pre-operative and post-operative solid organ transplant patients (kidney, liver, and pancreas)
• Managing post-operative bariatric surgery patients and general medical/surgical patients
• Monitoring patients on telemetry with required experience in telemetry monitoring
• Potentially caring for step-down unit patients when assigned, as the 30-bed unit includes 12 available step-down beds that may be filled with med/surg patients when no dedicated step-down patients are present

Schedule expectations:

• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) requirements
• Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required, with charge training and shadowing provided

You'll work in a specialty environment focused on transplant and bariatric patients while maintaining flexibility to support the unit's broader medical and surgical needs. Telemetry monitoring experience is essential for this role.
