ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at Los Altos Post-Acute in Los Altos, California. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direct patient care in a post-acute rehabilitation setting while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks, starting May 20, 2026
• Guaranteed hours: 30 per week
• Weekly pay: $2,774
• Schedule options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to post-acute care patients
• Work with patients in rehabilitation and recovery settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in California
• Current certifications as required by your licensing board
• Ability to work in a post-acute care environment
