Scrub Tech - Scrub Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with flexible scheduling based on case types
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 backup per week with 30-minute response time
• Weekend rotation every 3-4 weekends (approximately 1 weekend per month)
• Holiday rotation required
• May be required to float to all Central locations if needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, travel experience preferred
• Strong experience in vascular and basic general OR skills required
• Endovascular skills beneficial but willing to train the right candidate
• Level 2 trauma experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), CST license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have own vehicle due to on-call responsibilities
• Set up operative suites for patients and ensure all supplies are available
• Scrub surgical cases in various specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures
• Must be flexible, motivated during downtime, and willing to perform tasks like pulling case carts and cleaning
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
