Ob/Gyn Sonographer Job in Mount Pleasant, SC

You will work as an Ultrasound Tech in the maternal-fetal medicine setting at Novant Health East Cooper Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic, serving patients with high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric needs.

Role & Schedule

• 5x8 day shifts, 08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week, 13-week assignment
• No call, no float, no weekend requirements
• Average 5–8 scans daily

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform first-, second-, and third-trimester obstetric ultrasounds
• Conduct fetal echocardiography and anatomical surveys
• Assist with amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
• Evaluate amniotic fluid index, nuchal translucency, placental position, and umbilical cord Doppler
• Assess fetal anatomy: head, heart, abdomen, bones, cerebellum, ventricles, diaphragm, and extremities
• Screen for multiple pregnancies, growth abnormalities, and structural anomalies
• Document findings in Epic and Viewpoint charting systems

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• ARDMS (OB) certification with Fetal Echo (FE) endorsement
• Minimum 2 years ultrasound experience
• Proven experience in high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine
• Hands-on proficiency with GE Voluson E10 ultrasound equipment
• First-time travelers are welcome
