Med Surg RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City is seeking a travel RN for a Medical Surgical unit with an orthopedic focus. This is a night shift position running 3x12 hours, with a start date of August 24, 2026, and a 91-day assignment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg/Ortho unit during night shifts
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and comfort
• Document care and maintain records in the EPIC electronic medical record system

Schedule and Compensation

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Night shift (3x12 schedule)
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Weekly pay: $1,971

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma State RN Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical surgical nursing with orthopedic and spine specialty focus
