Respiratory Therapist Job in Richmond, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment at Henrico Doctors Hospital-Forest in Richmond, VA. This is a night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule.

Assignment Details

• 91-day contract starting April 27, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,787.04
• Night shift staffing: 3 respiratory therapists
• General RRT unit in a 430-bed facility

Responsibilities

You will provide respiratory care across the general unit with typical patient assignments of 20–25 treatments per round. Your work will include operating oxygen equipment, BIPAP/CPAP machines, ventilators, and nebulizers. You will also perform arterial blood gas procedures and use the Meditech EMR system to document patient care.

Requirements

• Current RRT credential
• Current Virginia State License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU experience required

Schedule Details

You will work nights with a rotating weekend schedule. On-call availability is preferred, with one 24-hour shift expected every 5–6 weeks. Navy blue scrubs are required per facility dress code.
