Physical Therapist Inpatient Rehab Job in Quitman, MS

Ochsner Watkins Hospital in Quitman, MS is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation services. This 20-bed critical access hospital operates dual certified acute care and swing bed units, offering you the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations.

Role Details:

• Primary focus on outpatient services with support for inpatient evaluations and sixth visits for PTA staff
• Average 8–9 patient visits per day
• Treat adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across multiple age groups
• No weekend or call requirements
• No call-in absences permitted—strict attendance policy in place
• May be assigned to the Emergency Team during emergency events with expectation to remain until the event concludes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy
• Current BLS certification
• Mississippi State Physical Therapy License
• Demonstrated experience with Epic charting system
• Must reside more than 65 miles from facility address (no local travelers accepted)

• Weekly pay: $2,414
• 8 hours of orientation required
• Two pre-approved time off periods available per contract
