Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Job in Morgantown, WV

WVU Medicine Golisano Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist to join the Sleep Lab department on the 10th Floor Neuro Sleep Lab. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled. This is a 91-day contract starting October 12, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,065.

Your Role:

• Perform approximately 2 sleep studies per shift in the Sleep Evaluation Center, at the bedside, and in critical care areas
• Treat pediatric and medically complex children patients
• Work exclusively within the Sleep Lab department
• No independent intubation required
• No on-call or standby call requirements
• Float status: First to float

• Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC Verification or one of the following NBRC certifications: CPFT, RPFT, CRT, or SDS
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT Verification with 18 months of Sleep Lab experience
• West Virginia Licensed Respiratory Therapist Registered (LRTR) or Licensed Respiratory Therapist Certified (LRTC)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience
• Must be comfortable performing sleep studies on medically complex children
