NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend shifts as assigned
• No call requirements
• Float to post-partum unit when needed
• Patient ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 in a 25-bed NICU unit
• Care for patients of all gestational ages and acuity levels
• Minimum 3+ years of Level III NICU experience required
• Preferred skills include IV insertion, delivery room stabilization, CPAP, and ventilator management
• Equipment used includes Bubble CPAP, ventilators, high flow nasal cannula, feeding pump, breast pump, and Alaris IV pump
• EMR system: Epic
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP; STABLE preferred
• Hospital-issued scrubs required; personal scrubs are not acceptable
• Strong team player who is adaptable to changes in patient assignments
