Pharmacist

Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week with shifts between 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• May float to Apple Hill location (2 miles away)
• Must have inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
• IV trained for hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Pennsylvania state pharmacist license required and must be in hand to work
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Maximum 7-day return to offer policy
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform chemotherapy compounding, clinical dosing, IV preparations, and sterile technique procedures
• Work with Pyxis medication systems
• Handle pharmacokinetic, geriatric, pediatric, and renal dosing
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility environment
• Required certifications: BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification, IV certification, PharmD, RPh
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, completed before start date)
