Registered Nurse - Operating Room @ MUSC Health - Florence

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• On-call required: 2 star call until 11:00 PM per week and every 3rd-4th weekend call<br>• Weekend coverage required every 3rd to 4th weekend<br>• Minimum 5 years experience in acute care operating room setting required<br>• Must be well-rounded with strong competency in general, neuro, ortho, ENT, and GYN procedures<br>• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Radiation badge required (must be provided by agency)<br>• Work in 12 operating rooms at Level 3 trauma center<br>• No floating between service lines or sister facilities<br>• First time travelers accepted if they have broad scope of specialty competency<br>• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks<br>• Scrubs provided by facility<br>• Epic charting system used<br>• Free parking available<br>• Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)<br>• Pre-start modules required (average 4 hours, non-billable)<br>• Patient population: Adults only</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a 276-bed medical center that operates as a Level 3 trauma center serving the community with comprehensive surgical services.
