Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Laurinburg, NC

Scotland Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation services in Laurinburg, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5x8 day shifts, Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays required
• Weekly pay: $2,534.40
• Bi-weekly orientation provided
• First-time travelers welcomed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• North Carolina PT license at time of submission
• BLS certification
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred

Clinical Scope

You will treat patients across multiple age groups—adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—managing diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis), geriatric conditions, post-surgical cases, cardiac conditions, and chronic conditions such as COPD.

Your clinical toolkit will include acute care assessment, gait training, therapeutic modalities, prosthetic training, post-operative rehabilitation, and patient education. You will work with adaptive devices, assistive equipment, and various therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Work Environment

You may float within the hospital as needed to support service demands. Weekend coverage may be incidental but is not routine. No particular scrub color is required.
