Telemetry RN Job in Abilene, TX

Hendrick Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position. This is a travel nursing role based in Abilene, Texas.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: July 13, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,099.52

Requirements:

• Current RN license in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemetry or related service line
• Travel nursing experience required
• Strong neurology (NEURO) experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH

Preferred Qualifications:

• Altera charting system experience (preferred, not required)

Candidate Eligibility:

• Candidates residing within 150 miles of Abilene are not eligible for this RN position

You will provide direct patient care on the telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs, and responding to changes in patient condition. Your experience in telemetry nursing and neurology will be essential to success in this role.
