Travel: RN - Pediatric Med Surg - Nights

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg Peds</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week<br>• Provide nursing care primarily for adult/geriatric patients with some pediatric patients<br>• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system<br>• Work on Level III unit requiring assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care<br>• Must wear black scrubs as part of dress code requirements<br>• Required certifications: Current Missouri RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS<br>• Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience required<br>• No call requirements or float requirements<br>• Apply theoretical nursing concepts as basis for clinical decision making<br>• Provide care in accordance with established standards of nursing practice</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This acute care hospital offers comprehensive medical, surgical, obstetric and pediatric services to a service area of more than 150,000 residents.
