ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU Med Surg

Job Details:

• Night shift position with 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Every other weekend hours required
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 2-3 patients per nurse
• Float requirements to Med Surg and Stepdown units
• Work on a 38-bed mixed unit primarily serving medical patients, with neuro surgery and CV surgery patients also present
• Experience with vents and hemodynamics required; CRRT experience is a plus
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Preferred experience: CCRN/SCRN, open heart recovery, CRRT
• Must pass a medication and math competency test with a score of 90% or higher before assuming medication administration responsibilities
• Scrub color: Black; hoodies are not acceptable attire
