PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Primary location in Wausau with potential to float to Antigo, Rhinelander, Rapids, Merrill, Stanley, and Medford
• Rotating Saturday schedule every 6-8 weeks with a weekday off in exchange; no holiday rotation required
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of Practice
• Serve adult and geriatric patient population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Meet productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements using NetSmart EMR
• Use provided laptop for point-of-service documentation and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Mileage reimbursed at government-approved rate
• Must have home health experience and travel experience
• Minimum Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices required
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Wisconsin state licensure, and NPI number
