PT (Physical Therapist)

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 36-hour guarantee with flexibility up to 40 hours as needed
• Flexible scheduling with ability to schedule your own patients
• Blocked time provided for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Very occasional weekend on-call responsibilities
• No holiday requirements
• Dress code: scrubs or business casual
• First week department-specific orientation required
• Must be in state during orientation week even if first day modules are remote
• Charting system: EPIC
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Colorado PT license
• Some pediatric experience required
• Treat approximately 8-10 patients per day
• Common diagnoses include developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
• Mostly outpatient work with potential for early intervention and occasional assist with inpatient acute cases
• Access to warm water therapy pool
• Work alongside 1 pediatric PTA
• 60-mile radius requirement with driver's license submission required
