Physical Therapist Job in Fort Morgan, CO

St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 1, 2026, offering a stable schedule and competitive compensation.

Schedule & Hours

• Four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 36-hour guarantee with potential to reach 40 hours as needed
• Flexible scheduling—you manage your own patient appointments with protected time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• No holiday requirements; very rare occasional weekend on-call only
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

Clinical Role

• Treat approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Provide pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
• Mostly outpatient work with potential for early intervention and occasional inpatient acute care support
• Access to warm water therapy pool for treatments
• Common diagnoses include developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
• Pediatric experience required

Facility & Systems

• EPIC charting system
• Department-specific orientation during first week
• Dress code: scrubs or business casual

Requirements

• Current Colorado PT license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Valid driver's license with willingness to submit for verification
• Ability to work within 60-mile radius of facility

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,306.80
