RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• 12-15 week assignment duration
• Work as IMCU/PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse providing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Required to wear navy scrubs
• Utilize Cerner charting system
• Work in unit with 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
